Everything looks fine except I had too much air pressure in my tires so he took some out for me. When he was done with my vehicle, he actually came out and talked to me told me I was good to go. Even five minute oil takes 30 to 45 minutes at least for me every-time I go. This was the quickest oil change I’ve ever had. He is one of the nicest people you will meet. While I was checking in Jeremy (store manager) is already pulling my car around to the back. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had, got me checked in right away. Not an hour later, I get a phone call from corporate, apologizing and willing to resolve the issue even offered me to make an appointment at the Covington one for me so I can get it looked at. The customer service lady tells me that someone will reach out to me by Monday or Tuesday. By this time I had already made an appointment. They apologized, offered me to go to another store to get it checked out. I also reach out to corporate to explain what happened. He tells me I can make an appointment and he will check everything out for me. He proceeds to tell me that he has no idea. I can do that then I ask him for corporate number. I said I don’t need him to look at the dipstick. He tells me I could come back and we could look at the dipstick together. What can I do for you." So I start to explain how it doesn’t look like he put enough oil in my vehicle. I go to ask him if he was there on Wednesday he responds with, "I know exactly who this is. Now at this time I did not know Matthew was the guy who changed my oil so when I called, he answered the phone as Matthew. Now I’m not a math magician but I’m also not dumb. He tells me that the computer tells him to only put 3.3 and that 3.17 is equal to 3.3. I don’t know how you did it in 15 minutes." When I looked at my receipt, he put 3.17 quarts of oil into my car. When I go to pick up my car I said, "That was fast. While I’m at the bank at 2:19 PM Matthew called me to tell me my car is ready to be picked up. I tell him I’ll be back to pick up my car later because I need to go to work.
